Pam Poovey

Pam Poovey is the heart and chaotic soul of ISIS. Starting as HR director (a job she's terrible at — she files every complaint under 'P' for 'Pam'), she becomes the show's most surprisingly capable character. She's an underground drift racing champion, a bare-knuckle fight club legend, and at one point consumes so much cocaine she develops a superhero-level tolerance.

Pam's bisexuality is portrayed matter-of-factly, with her voracious appetite for both men and women treated as just another aspect of her larger-than-life personality. Her tattoo of the entire poem 'The Destruction of Sennacherib' by Lord Byron across her back is revealed in a classic slow-motion shot.

In Dreamlands, she's 'Poovey,' a hulking enforcer. In Vice, her cocaine habit peaks. In the Agency era, she's weirdly well-adjusted. Pam is the only character who genuinely loves everyone (even Archer, sometimes) and is loved back.
