Dr. Krieger

Dr. Krieger is ISIS's head of applied research — a title that covers everything from cybernetics and AI to genetic engineering and dolphin communication. He's almost certainly a clone of Adolf Hitler (his father was a Nazi scientist who fled to Brazil), though he insists he's 'not a Nazi, my *dad* was.'

Krieger's experiments regularly violate every law of ethics and physics: nerve gas, mind control chips, cyborg limbs, holographic anime wife (Mitsuko), pig-human hybrids, and a cloned army of himself. His lack of moral compass is matched only by his bureaucratic invisibility — Malory and Archer treat him as a vending machine for gadgets.

Despite the horror, Krieger has genuine moments of loyalty and even tenderness (especially toward Mitsuko and his clones). His 'Meep morp' robot noise and deadpan delivery make him a fan favorite.
