Cheryl Tunt is the billionaire heiress to the Tunt railroad fortune who works as ISIS's secretary for... reasons. She's completely incompetent, pyromaniacal, sexually masochistic (choking fetish), and possesses multiple personalities â yet somehow remains employed.
Her family is a dynasty of American aristocratic insanity: a grandfather who built the transcontinental railroad, a brother (Cecil) who tries to have her committed, and a family history of madness, incest, and murder. Cheryl's wealth is a running gag â she owns the building ISIS operates in, multiple islands, and enough money to fund a country music career on a whim.
In Archer Vice, she becomes 'Cherlene,' a country music star (with auto-tune and a backing band paid for by her allowance). In Dreamlands, she's 'Charlotte,' a wealthy socialite. Her ocelot Babou is the only thing she truly loves.
